Shipping

We offer shipping services within Italy and worldwide using various courier companies.

For shipments to Extra-EU and BREXIT countries, import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to use alternative courier services in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes.

It is essential to provide a correct email address and telephone number when placing an order. SPAZIO MODA SRL will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the contact information provided by the customer.

If the courier fails to deliver the package on the first attempt, they will make a second delivery pass, after which the package will go into storage.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 

DELIVERY TIME:

For deliveries within Italy, we ship within 1-3 business days, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Islands, remote areas, and underserved locations may require delivery within 3-5 business days.

For international shipments, we ship within 3-5 business days, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Please note that SPAZIO MODA SRL is not responsible for delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure.

During national holidays, shipments may take longer.

SPAZIO MODA SRL reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of events beyond our control.

Please note that shipping prices, VAT, and customs fees may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any customs charges or other charges, as they are the responsibility of the customer.

When checking out, please provide your mobile phone number to receive SMS or email updates on your shipment.

Finally, import taxes and duties are included in the price for orders shipped within Italy unless specified otherwise at checkout. For international orders, any applicable taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
