Returns/Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase. If you want to swap it for something else or get a refund, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure the item(s) are in the original packaging, with all tags still attached, and in perfect shape. Make sure to try on swimsuit bottoms over your own undergarments because we cannot take back lingerie that has been worn out or damaged.

Returns need to be reported through our return portal by sending an email to info@rosevelt.it.

Please note:

  • All returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order
  • All return items must be pre-registered for return via our returns portal
  • Please return your parcel as soon as you receive your return paperwork.
  • Please include the return paperwork provided in your return to help us process your return.
  • Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined.
  • Any returns received in unsaleable condition will not be refunded and returned to the customer.
  • Any unauthorized order returned to the warehouse will be returned to the customer.
  • If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact our team before returning.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days. This time is needed for inspection before the refund is credited back to your original payment method, whether it is a credit card, gift voucher, or Paypal account. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to a third party. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.

Exchanges:

We are pleased to offer exchanges for different sizes of our bikinis, provided that the original item is in the same condition as when it was received. We strongly recommend that you use a postal service with tracking capabilities, as we are not responsible for any items lost during transit. Gift vouchers:

Kindly note that gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash. However, if you have purchased an item using a gift voucher, you can exchange it for a different size or opt to have the value of the voucher credited back to you.
